Ideal for surgical wear and perfect for gifts. Here are scrub caps and hats available in 3 styles. The original style (as shown to the right), a modified bouffant style (as shown to the left), and a full bouffant style (as shown below).  Both the original and modified bouffant are available with decorative ribbon trim. To order a scrub hat in a particular fabric, choose that fabric from the pull down Fabric Choice menu and click on the Add to Cart button. This will take you to our Paypal Shopping Cart. To see the fabric up close, click on the picture of it. Remember, each hat is custom made just for you, so it may take up to two weeks for you to receive it. Be sure to give us a phone number when you check out in case we have any questions.

If you would prefer to send a check or money order, send it to "JKayeDesigns, c/o Judy Campaner, 31 W Erie St, Albany NY 12208. Each hat is $8.00, with or without ribbon trim.  Please specify if you would like ribbon trim when you order.  The full bouffant style is $12.  Please add $5.00 for shipping and handling.
